Terms and Conditions for Product Warranty

Smartech Motor, we develop electric motorcycle with advanced technology and innovation. We prioritize every step, from research and development to design, standardized manufacturing, and after-sales service to provide the best possible experience and utmost satisfaction for FELO and RAPID owners.

Product Warranty
The warranty period begins from the day the customer receives the product from our authorized distributor. If any parts or components are found to be damaged, such as scratches, cracks, or missing accessories that are evident from the product itself, it must be reported within 3 days from the date of product receipt. If this timeframe is exceeded, the company reserves the right to decline warranty claims for such issues. The company will investigate the product’s problems as reported by the customer and proceed with warranty claims, which may include repairs or part replacements, depending on the warranty terms. The final decision rests with the company’s discretion.
Parts that naturally wear out or deteriorate due to normal usage as follows:
Parts that naturally wear out or deteriorate due to normal usage, including but not limited to tires, gaskets, motorcycle grips, brake fluid line, drive belt, brake pads, fuses, rubber seals, screws, bearings, etc., are covered by a 6-month warranty period starting from the date of product receipt or in cases of technical or production-related errors.

Note: The warranty will expire after the specified time frame and conditions, and it cannot be extended. It must comply with the product warranty terms set by the company.

Controller, Battery

Motor

Structure

Warranty Conditions and Exemptions

Damage occurring outside of normal usage, such as using the vehicle in competitions or overloading beyond the specified limit.
Battery damage due to low battery voltage, resulting from insufficient maintenance or irregular charging that leads to an electric battery voltage lower than the specified standard, i.e., not less than 62V and 82V minimum only model FELO FW07, will terminate the battery warranty.
Damage resulting from modifications, alterations, or adjustments of components such as front shocks, rear shocks, motors, controllers, wiring, wheels, tires, and others.
Damage from accidents in all cases.
Modified and repaired vehicles by a service center or distributor not authorized by the company.
Damage resulting from the use of charger from other sources and used incorrectly or for purposes other than intended, and a lack of proper regular maintenance and care.
Damage from the fading of the paint, peeling, corrosion, chemical corrosion, and other product damage kept in storage for longer than the warranty period, which is difficult to prove as a warranty exemption.
Expenses for repairing defects previously repaired elsewhere, not an authorized service center or distributor.
Expenses related to warranty claims, such as towing, compensation for downtime, medical expenses, or similar.
Expenses incurred by bringing the vehicle for repair to a repair shop or service center that is not certified by the company, or without the consideration or approval of the company. We reserve the right not to be responsible for expenses incurred in all cases.
Damage resulting from mud, seawater, salt vapor, salt, rust, or similar.
Damage resulting from unavoidable natural disasters or beyond control, such as flooding, fire, hurricanes, earthquakes, and other natural disasters that occur in a similar manner.
Damage resulting from theft or loss.
Damage resulting from failure to maintain the vehicle as specified in the user manual or failing to check and complete the specified maintenance, as designated by the company.
Damage caused by excrement, seawater, sea breeze, salt, corrosion, or similar factors.
Damage resulting from unavoidable natural disasters or events beyond control, such as flooding, fires, earthquakes, and other natural disasters of similar nature.
Damage caused by theft or loss.
Damage resulting from the failure to maintain or inspect as specified schedule in the user manual, or incomplete adherence to the company’s instructions.
Damage caused by improper storage, corrosion, or being in high humidity areas, affecting equipment.
Lack of evidence indicating the purchase date, including receipts/invoices, user manuals, which shall be considered by the company.
Driving through highly flooded areas resulting in damage to the electrical system, controllers, and caused by water entering the motor or battery or controller.
In all cases where the company’s judgment shall be final.

Please note that the quality warranty does not cover vehicles used outside the country and for subsequent owners.
